MEET THE STAFF

Michaele Johnson, LCSW, MBA
Executive Director

Ms. Johnson has been serving clients as a licensed clincal social worker (LCSW) since 1991 and has extensive experience in Bown family and organizational systems training. Ms. Johnson began her career as a clincal coordinator for one of the first Neuropsychaitric clinics at the University of Chicago (UIC) and subsequently worked as a direct service provider for th Neurorehabilitation and private practice settings before moving on to administrative roles. Just prior to joining RESILIA, Ms. Johnson served as the Director of Business Development for Hauser Pharmaceutical Services. While serving in this position Ms. Johnson played an instrumental role growing the company from the grown floor to $6.5 MM company. Ms. Johnson holds an undergraduate degree in Molecular Biology from the Univeristy of Colorado, a master's degree in Social Work from the Univeristy of Chicago, and a MBA from the University of Colorado.

Ivette Lopez Bledsoe, LCSW, BCB
Clinical Director

Ms. Bledsoe holds a Master of Social Work from University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill and is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker in Colorado. She is certified as a Biofeedback Therapist by the Biofeedback Certification Institute of America. She has also completed Level II - EMDR training and is a certified Yoga Instructor. She has worked in health care since 1987 and has combined biofeedback/neurofeedback with traditional psychotherapy since 2004. She believes with the right support and care the mind can find its way back to its natural state of optimal health. She enjoys sharing her knowledge on biofeedback and neurofeedback and is available for presentations, workshops and training events.
